Embracing Change: Britmet's Transition to Flexible Working Hours

Recognising the consistency of the company’s success, Britmet is taking proactive steps to adjust its working hours, creating an environment where both employees and the company can thrive. The decision to adopt more flexible working hours reflects their commitment to prioritising a more balanced and accommodating work schedule, enhancing employee satisfaction, productivity, and overall success.   

Britmet’s new working hours will begin w/c 4th September 2023 onwards. Monday to Thursday will be open as usual from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, however, Friday's opening hours will now be 8:30 am to 2:30 pm. This move provides employees an extended weekend to recharge and spend quality time with loved ones.
